One Stop Plus - Deceptive practices and lousy customer service
I ordered an item that cost $24 and apparently had to come from the manufacturer. Nothing on the page listed the manufacturer or mentioned that OneStopPlus's return policy would not be in force.
I got the item, it didn't fit and I wanted to return it. Couldn't do it online so I called customer service. The young man I spoke with said that the manufacturer, Alight, wouldn't accept any return for items under $25.
When I pointed out that this wasn't spelled out anywhere and that I didn't even know who the manufacturer was until the item arrived, he said "I can see your point," and basically, I was S.O.L. I don't want to be right, I just want to return an item that I'll never wear.
I've spent a lot of money with OneStopPlus over the years but I won't spend another dime there. And I'll be sure to let everyone I know about the lousy experience I've had there.
